Riverhead - The Tanger Loophole in Riverhead has been the centerpiece of East End discount designer shopping for over two decades. In 2008 the Tanger family opened the Arches in Deer Park and set a new pattern in outlet shopping and architectural design. Hamptons.com caught up with Steve Tanger for an discussion with this outlet center innovator.

What was the genesis of your family's foray into outlet actual estate development?

SteveTanger: My grandfather started a shirt business in 1919 in Wallingford, CT. He bought a plant when he was 19 years old and went around New England bidding on uniform shirts and trousers from the individual police and fire departments. It was not long afterwards that he realized that he had to buy a large run

How do i keep my new Tommy hilfiger polo in good condition?
