DID "GIRLS Gone Dotty" founder Joe Francis receive special favors when he was behind bars?

Reno prosecutors say yes, that Aaron Weinstein , who worked with Francis on a mixture of projects, bribed sheriff's officials and a jail worker in exchange for better treatment for the "Show us your t-ts" king while he was in the klink last year.

Weinstein was charged with three bribery counts in a huge jury indictment made public on Friday, the same day he was arrested in L.A.

The Washoe County sheriff's officials and cooler worker also are facing charges for allegedly accepting the bribes.

David Houston , a Reno legal practitioner representing Francis in a pending tax-evasion case in California, denied that any bribes were made.
