We all want some of that SamCam glam

Never be sure what her husband is doing to reduce our horrendous debt and persuade us all to tighten our (Smythson, possibly) belts, Samantha Cameron is having the opposite effect. She inspires us to go out and waste, spend, spend.

Whatever Samantha wears, or carries, or shoves in her dishwasher, we inadequacy the same, whether it be a spotty frock from Marks & Spencer, a shiny bin from Brabantia or a complicated clock from Stamping-ground.

There are two reasons for the SamCam effect: first, she appears to be, despite her aristocratic background, singularly real: an ordinary mum, albeit with super shiny hair and a stately well-informed in (she has no need of chequers, surely, given her father lives in another Georgian lofty home, Sutton Park in North Yorkshire) where she stashes all the good humbug.

Will a classic cashmere Burberry scarf shed on clothes?

nope, it shouldn't.
