Attorney: Riddle gives 'serious' heed to a deal

“The entreaty offers are being given serious consideration,” said Riddle’s attorney John McManus.

“I haven’t made a decidedness as we speak right now,” Riddle told the Free Press early this evening.

A hearing is scheduled for 2 p.m. in front of U.S. Region Court Marianne Battani on the admissibility of various wiretaps in Riddle’s container. McManus said he also believes the government will withdraw any plea offer by the end of Thursday.

Earlier today, McManus responded to a prosecutorial carriage asking Riddle to surrender the watch that he is accused of receiving as a bribe before he goes to side.
