Time to spend

I am hoping you can side me in the direction of a new watch. My favourite ever is a Rolex Sea-Dweller but unfortunately, as I have two young kids, I frankly can't confirm the expense right now. I therefore have a budget of around £500. All I want is a simple, non-fussy, not too "sporty" watch with stainless-steel bracelet (though could do leather or rubber at a tyrannize). I have been looking for some months now and just can't find one.
